What is a mixed billing practice?
Here at Health On 21 we are bulk billing doctors in Palm Beach QLD. We like to ensure all our patients are given the best possible service without compromising on care. If you are under 15, a pensioner, or hold a DVA card, your appointment will be fully bulk billed. If you have a concession care card or are employed there is a small gap fee.
Do your Palm Beach doctors have any additional training?
- Additional skin training allowing us to carry out thorough skin checks and diagnose any problems early to aid a speedy referral.

What is a longer standard appointment?
Typically, standard appointments at our Palm Beach medical centre are 20 minutes. This is 5-10 minutes longer than appointments in many other practices in and around Palm Beach Qld. If they wish, patients can also choose a longer consultation of around 40 minutes.
Can I request access to a male or female doctor?
Absolutely. We have both male and female doctors working at our Palm Beach clinic here in Qld, and anyone who requests to see either a male or female doctor can do so.
What Queensland suburbs are your patients typically from?
The main bulk of our medical patients come from Palm Beach, but in addition, we also see patients from Elanora, Currumbin, Tallebudgera and other suburbs in the south Gold Coast. Moreover, because we offer certain clinical services that other Queensland doctors might not, we regularly see patients from all over the Gold Coast.
Do you accept walk-in’s at Health On 21?
Yes, we accept walk-in patients. However, bookings are preferred.
What is parking and wheelchair access like at Health On 21?
We have onsite parking at our Palm Beach medical centre but there is also ample on-street parking. We have wheelchair access available at the rear of the building too. You will, however, need to inform our receptionist at the time of booking as the doors open from the inside only.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards. Patients can immediately claim back Medicare rebates.
